Tis the season to shoot holiday parties!
I know, I know. I completely skipped blogging in November. What happened is that for the majority of the corporate event photography I've done last month, I've signed contracts that restricted my ability to display the images for one of another reason. It was a productive month but I didn't post much, so I'm more than ready to return to my photography blog! Besides, I love showing off my recent work, and I'm so excited to share with you what I've been up to this month.
December shoots are special. Corporate Christmas parties, awards ceremonies, breakfasts with Santa Claus, last minute Christmas card family sessions (in case you didn't know, I also operate a family portrait photography business here in Denver called Aquarelle Imagery) - as a popular Denver event photographer, I'm super busy shooting all kind of events this season.
In the beginning of the month, I was hired by Coalfire Systems Inc, a cybersecurity company, to photograph their Christmas party in downtown Denver. I think it's great when the company's leadership shows appreciation to the employees by throwing a holiday party for them and their spouses at a nice restaurant. Everyone had a lot of fun playing games, socializing and enjoying the night. As a Denver event photographer, I was doing my best capturing the unique atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, surrounded by Christmas spirit. What a night!
Enjoy the photos!
