6 Ways to Use Your Company Corporate Event Photos
Picture this: You’ve just finished a big company event that you’ve been gearing up to for months, and you finally receive your post-event photos from your New York event photographer.
You’re pleased. They did an excellent job capturing the energy and all the faces present at your event of the century. But the question, “Now, what the heck am I going to do with all these images?!” runs through your mind as you sort through your folders of photos.
The answer isn’t to post a few for social media and then forget about them. But it’s time to put your corporate event photos to work. Here’s how:
1. Give them to your team.
This one is pretty obvious because who doesn’t like mementos? Especially if your event was a good time (we’re sure it was), your employees would appreciate a flattering portrait they got at the party or a team photo to commemorate the event.
2. Use them as a post-event thank you card.
Have any sponsors or guests you plan to thank via a good old-fashioned handwritten card? Then don’t forget to print off an image or two to stick inside the card to help you say thank you and increase post-event engagement.
3. Create your stock photo pile.
If you hired the right corporate event photographer NYC, then you should have plenty of multi-purpose images. Use them on your business website’s blog, or sprinkle them throughout your website as filler images.
4. Decorate the office.
What are you waiting for? Get those beautiful images framed and hung up around the office. We have a feeling your event photos will make for excellent conversation starters!
5. Use them for marketing materials.
Creating some new lead magnets or other marketing materials soon? Your new candid shots should be your first pick for images that capture the essence of your company.
6. Elevate the look and feel of your brand.
Everyone wants to feel connected to brands nowadays, so give the people what they want! Show off how your company likes to get down by sharing your post-event images with the masses.
